The Board of Directors for 2007-2008 were elected at the Annual General Meeting, May 22, 2007.

The volunteer advisory board represents our entire catchment area with community minded people from all walks of life.

2007 – 2008 Directors

Earl Bennett – Branch Manager, Insurance Operations with McDougall Insurance Brokers, resides in Cobden.

Bev Buchanan - former business owner in Beachburg, presently co-owner of construction company in Beachburg. Volunteer fitness instructor for WBCHC Fun, Fit & Fully Alive Older Adult Fitness program.

Art Cobb - retired banker, is a member of Council for the Township of Whitewater Region (27 years on Municipal Council), lives in the former Village of Cobden

Ken Fink – Retired High school teacher, Vice President of the Ontario Horticultural Association, resident of Beachburg 32 years, small Business Owner.

Ron Jaremkow – retired teacher, lives and farms in the former Ross Township

Pat Krose - retired teacher, involved in a number of community projects, boards and charities in past years. Resides in the former Ross Township

Annette Mantifel - Deputy Treasurer for the Township of Whitewater Region, lives in the former Westmeath Township

Izett McBride – realtor, is a member of Council for the Township of Whitewater Region, lives in Westmeath

Jack McLaren - retired business man, has been involved in many community projects over the years and a member of the Cobden & District Civitan Club for the past 19 years.  Lives in the former Ross Township

Brian Yuke – former insurance agent, Chair of Renfrew County Agricultural Advisory Board, lives in Admaston-Bromley
